iPhone 8 Rumors: Display And Other Form factors

Following the various iPhone 8 rumors Experts have firm belief that Apple might introduce 2 different phones for the coming year. These phones might feature border less curved body and distinguished features.

Analysts suggest that Apple might get rid of its traditional bezel shaped phones; this factor will be absent in the coming 5” and 5.8 inches iPhone. By doing so, the company will bring down the sizes of these phones down to the current 5.5 and 4.7 inches iPhone. Although the form of upcoming iPhone is not confirmed yet, rumors have it that the company might go to manufacture iPhone 8 with a bezel-less look. These reports have arrived from the supply chain of Apple.

The rumored form factors of iPhone 8 as per the analysts will include 5.8 inches screen along with a unique OLED display, the display is said to be better energy efficient than its predecessors. Moreover, the display is going to be brighter and sharper. Apple has been getting its OLED displays from the same manufacturers who benefit Samsung and LG however Sharp is said to enter this line by the year 2018.

These latest iPhone 8 rumors support the earlier assertions made by Ming–Chi Kuo; the KGI Security analyst. He claimed that the upcoming iPhone 8 will come with curved OLED screen, glass casing and 5.8 inches display.

Robert Scoble, another entrepreneur, and tech blogger suggested that iPhone 8 will support polycarbonates and Gorilla Glass for better performance and durability. A clearer glass form will enable the company to install the augmented reality technology. Virtual reality will make the iPhone 8 appear with higher visible frame rate.

Another iPhone 8 Rumor has it that the Home display button might not be placed beneath the display. Furthermore, the new iPhone 8 might be having similar form factors like that of Mi Mix by Xiaomi that has its bottom unit shaped with slightly bezel look.
